LOVE YOUR EYES FOUNDATION

The Love Your Eyes Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that was founded by the Haymour family in 2015. Sal Haymour was inspired to help those less fortunate after seeing the lack of funding and support in terms of vision care in Calgary. Sal and his siblings subsequently decided to form a foundation in collaboration with the Alex – another locally based charity that focuses on providing healthcare and other services to the most vulnerable Calgarians. The Love Your Eyes Foundation is also planning on expanding globally by partnering with Unite For Sight – whose work is centered primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa and Central America.

The Love Your Eyes Foundation aspires to raise $20,000 this year via fundraising campaigns. Since it is a non-for-profit organization, all funds raised will go directly to the cause. The money raised this year will be going towards providing vision care – specifically eye exams and eyewear – to homeless and at-risk populations in Calgary.
